The fine tip of the No Clog Writing Cap is perfect for adding glue to these small die cut letters:

I keep my No Clog Writing Cap on my bottle of the Best Glue Ever at all times. This glue works on a variety of surfaces, including craft foam. which I use to add dimension to my layout:

Add Bling To Your Cards With Best Glue Ever

Hello creative friends!
Welcome to the ScraPerfect blog.

Michelle here today to share with you a very quick, and easy way to add bling to your next card project.

I had made these cards a couple of weeks a go, and had thought having a glittered crd stock matte behind the image would be enough "pizzaz" for a holiday card.

Boy was I wrong!
The completed look was just blah.

Yet I didn't want to add too much, trying to keep the card slightly with a simple look.

My solution?
Add some kind of bling.

So I chose color and shape selections of Dew Drops from The Robin's Nest.

I then grabbed my trusted Best Glue Ever & Embellie Gellie from ScraPerfect
and began to add life to these cards.

Using the Best Glue Ever, along with the No-Clog Writing Cap (also from ScraPerfect)
is the absolute solution to using too much glue, allowing the perfect dollop of glue to go just where it is needed.

ScraPerfect's Embellie Gellie is the best "pick up tool" when it comes to adding intricate, and flat back embellishments to projects.

A way to easily add to your project, without a mess or having to chase embellishments.

And the Best Glue Ever takes only a brief few moments to set, giving permanent bond between embellishments and surfaces.

Adding the "bling" to the card, gave them that certain something that was missing, while still staying within the "simple" look I was going for.

How to Use Scraps to Make a Holiday Card.

Today's design team creation for ScraPerfect was made using the Best Glue Ever and lots of scraps that were floating around on my craft stamping desk, lol.

The first step was transforming this piece of glossy gold scrap - leftover from punching out banners for another project from my October Paper Pumpkin kit- turning it into a layer by gluing it to the back of green patterned trimmed to fit on top with a small border, so that it just looks like a solid piece of gold underneath once it's done.

Using the No Clog Writing Cap kept the glue dots tiny enough that they didn't ooze out and make a mess when I adhered the 2 pieces together.

Using Versamark ink and a "Season's Greetings" sentiment from this Stampin' Up Paper Pumpkin stamp set, I repeat stamped right down the center of the green and gold piece. I trimmed the larger green patterned paper piece into a panel for the front of the A2 top folded vertical kraft card and glued it on.

The finishing touch was adding the wood grain deer diecut (that I got from the free pile at my last planner meet-up) to the card front using mini foam dots to pop it up.

Inside I simply stamped another of the sentiments in pine green ink.

How to Make a Beautiful House Warming Gift.

Hi everyone this is Mona back with a fun little project for ScraPerfect . My son and his girlfriend recently bought a house, and I wanted to make them a little something to hang on their wall. This is what I came up with.

I started with a 4x6 watercolor paper that I had in my stack.and water colored to make a sky and I die cut a bunch of pieces to make my scenery. The houses, clouds and trees  are from My favorite Things house die set. The hills are from Gina Marie and the sentiment from Tim Holtz greetings die set. Once everything was cut I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color everything.

Once everything was colored I used my Best Glue Ever  from ScraPerfect to adhere everything down. It dries fast, clear and flexible with a super strong bond . Requiring just a minimal amount to get it to stick. I also used the No clog cap to be able to aim and dispense a small amount of glue. It can also found at the ScraPerfect store.
.

Once it was done I found the perfect frame for it and adhered my art to the back of the frame mat to get it centered.

This completes my project. I hope everyone enjoyed it. See you again soon.

How to Make a Beautiful Craft Storage Box

Good Morning ScraPerfect Friends! Chelsea here to share an update on the transformation of my fishing tackle box. I would like to share with you how I decorated the lid to my new storage container.

Products Used : The Best Glue Ever & Embellie Gellie

Step 1 : Attaching Paper Pieces and Cardstock layers: Using small dabs of BGE on the back of each of my cut out letters I adhered them on to the 'shadow' cardstock right away.  Not allowing the BGE to dry clear as we do sometimes. While the glue is still wet you have a little wiggle room if you don't place it down correctly the first time. I used the Embellie Gellie to move the letters into their correct places.
** Please note that if you allow the glue to dry clear and tacky before applying it to your project it will be permanent vs applying while the glue is still white and wet which causes it to be removable for a few seconds.**

Now I am using the Embellie Gellie Tool to pick up and place my title.

This tool works really great on beads, and sequins as well.

Next I applied a thin layer of BGE onto each of my rectangle layer pieces. I again attached the patterned paper while the glue was still white and wet. Although the pink cardstock was directly attached to the storage container I let it dry clear and tacky to ensure a strong permanent bond.

Step 2 : Attaching ribbon: To attach my ribbon I placed a thin layer of BCE on all 4 sides of my containers top outer edge. Using my finger I spread the BGE evenly and let it dry completely clear and tacky.
**It is very important when working with ribbon that you always apply the BGE on the project and not the ribbon itself as the wetness from the glue will leave wet dark marks on the ribbon even after is has dried.**

When I reached each corner I folded the ribbon 90 degrees to create the corner ribbon turn.

Step 3 : Attaching Gem Embellishments: I purchased these self adhesive gems but, of course, the adhesive was not strong enough to stick and stay stuck to my ribbon. I used BGE on the back of each gem again letting it dry clear and tacky before placing them on the ribbon. VOILA!

Check back late March for the finished storage container project!

Thanks for stopping by!

How to Make a Beautiful DIY Christmas Church

Merry Christmas
I have been wanting to make a Christmas City/Town for years
So I finally decided to start and with a Church that I found on SGVcuts.com
I plan on making more buildings through out the years

Merry Christmas
I have been wanting to make a Christmas City/Town for years
So I finally decided to start and with a Church that I found on SGVcuts.com
I plan on making more buildings through out the years

As I was making the church I was finding out some great secrets that will help making 3D paper crafting a little easier.
These are some of the favorite Christmas Pattern Papers that I liked this year.

Isn't this the coolest piece of Pattern Paper
It looks like wood

I made my Base first

I was so excited to cut the velum out to make the windows

I glued the vellum in place with the Best Glue Ever

It can be found here at ScraPerfect

Still cutting out windows!

I found that placing the Pattern Papers on while the piece can lay flat made it easier.

I added different patterns, and colors to make my church building more colorful.

Finally the windows and walls are coming together.

Next it was on to the base of the steeple.

Putting together the Bell Tower

I wanted the snow on the roof to glisten
I edged the Snow cut outs lightly with
Tim Holtz "Tumbled Glass" Distress Ink
by Ranger

You only need a very little amount of
The Best Glue Ever

Just spread a very thin layer of
The Best Glue Ever
on the paper

The smug
Ranger Perfect Pearls
across

I wanted my Red Door to have a little definition and slight pattern to the back door
so I cut the two pieces for the door with red card stock
I colored the frame of the door solid red with
Tim Holtz "Fired Brick" Distress Ink by Ranger
Then blotched the backing of the door with the same ink
to give it a slight patteren

After completing my Christmas Church
I wanted to be able to add to it with more building
and bring them out year after year

It took me years to start because I did not want to put in all that work and have them be destroyed

So I decided to lightly Mod Podge the entire Church

I wanted the Steeple to be about to come off for packing
So I went to Staples for some Velcro and found these
Scotch Restickable Dots

After sticking them on the bottom of my Steeple
I cut out a small piece of my stash of  Release Paper

AKA
Address Label Paper

I cut an peace to fit

Now I can place the Steeple in the Church for storing

I took my Church to a UPS Shipping and Packing Store
to get the right size

Perfect
12" x 12" Box

These are what is inside the Church

I love the Candle affect

Thanks so much for visiting

I hope you enjoyed
