Fun Valentine's Day Mixed Media Love Tag with ScraPerfect

Tracy here today with a fun Valentine's Day project. Every year it's a struggle to come up with a masculine Valentine's Day card for hubby. This year I thought why not try some mixed media for a change.

I started with a blank tan colored tag recycled from some packaging. I painted it with some white gesso and then started getting messy. I used a brick stencil and texture paste as a base layer and then before it dried I embedded some white cheesecloth in it. I then used my finger to apply some gelatos over the top.

Then I added a starburst stencil on top using more white texture paste. I glued a cut up small doily, a flourish die cut and a kiss me sticker using some of the Best Glue Ever to the tag. They were really small pieces and using the No Clog Writing Cap made it so easy to get just the right amount of glue on the tiny pieces.

I made a die cut heart out of white paper and then used some red Transfer Foil on it. It's so easy! Just add a thin layer of the Best Glue Ever and let it dry til it's clear and tacky. Then lay the foil on top of the glue and rub the foil with your finger to get it to adhere to the glue. Pull the foil off and you have a beautiful shiny embellishment. I wanted mine to look distressed so I didn't apply glue to the whole heart so some parts were left white and then added some gelato to those areas.

Next came some glittery little hearts. I punched out several hearts and covered them with some of the Best Glue Ever and then sprinkled red glitter over them. I pressed the glitter into the glue with my finger and let them dry.

I die cut the XOXO and glued everything onto the tag using more of the Best Glue Ever. It worked like a charm! I had such tiny pieces and a bumpy background but the Best Glue Ever worked great!

Best Wishes made easy with ScarPerfect Products

Hi .. It's Bev here today. I am super excited to share a card today. With my new Best Glue Ever and the non clog fine tip writing tip it is so much easier to create using fine lines, dies and almost everything you need to use glue on.
I am using Heartfelt Creations All Glamoured Up Collection along with their die Elegant Border Basics along with some fun other cardstock, brads and ribbon accents.

ScraPerfect Products used:

After die cutting some of the base images and the border I using Best Glue Ever to adhere the thin fussy die cut border. The super fine non clog tip is amazing and the best ever.

I added cardstock layers for more depth and color, added the red matting behind the flourish die section and add some red brads in the upper right corner.
To separate the pattern papers I tied a bow and mounted it on top of the border ribbon. When I was done doing the ribbon border I got some glue where I didn't want it.. but that was easily remedied using the Perfect Crafting Pouch which gently wiping across the ribbon took out all the sticky feel.

More fine tip gluing on the sentiment "Best Wishes" with the thin lines but so easy with ScraPerfect Best Glue Ever.

How To Alter Alpha Stickers

Hey there ScraPerfect fans!
Lisa here today to share a layout and tutorial I created using a few ScraPerfect products. Two of my favorite ScraPerfect products are the Best Glue Ever and the No Clog Writing Cap, which I always have on my Best Glue Ever bottle.  Here is the layout I created:

Here is a tutorial on how to alter alpha stickers.
These alphas have been in my stash for quite some time now, they have never been the right color. So I decided to change the color of them using a ScraPerfect Transfer Foil Sheet. These Transfer Foils come in many colors, I decided to use the brown for my alphas.
I removed the letters I needed and put them on a sheet from which I removed glue dots from, any old sticker sheet would work too. I am thinking that wax paper would be okay to use also.

I added the Best Glue Ever and spread it using my finger.

Let dry until it becomes clear. This will vary depending how thick you applied it.

Place a Transfer Foil sheet over the top of the letters with the color side up. Using your finger, rub the foil:

Remove the letters from the Transfer Foil sheet.
Here is the result:

Here is how they look on my layout:

I love how they turned out! Perfect for this fall page!
Here are a few close ups of the layout:

I used the Best Glue Ever and the No Clog Writing Cap to attach my title. I used to struggle with adding glue to small spaces like the title, but not any more, now that I found these 2 products!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Cute as a Button with ScraPerfect!

Hello ScraPerfect fans! Kim Fuller here today with a simple and easy Valentine project for you.

I started off with a 4 x 5 inch canvas that I painted with some Prima Art Alchemy Paint in Pink.

I love this paint, its is iridescent and gives a lovely shine to the canvas.

Next, I drew a half of a heart on a piece of paper, and cut it out.

Now I have a template for my canvas. I drew around it with a light pencil line, so I would be able to see where to put the buttons and keep the heart shape on the canvas.

Now its time for the Best Glue Ever. I used the glue to stick down my buttons, but first I laid them all out so I was happy with the pattern.

Once the buttons were glued down, I added some flat back trim in pink around the buttons to frame it and make the heart stand out.

I added a small organza bow to the top and a small ribbon rose finished it off nicely.

Now it is time to get out my favorite ScraPerfect product...these gorgeous Transfer Foils! I love using these in a variety of ways, and this was a good opportunity to use them.

I am also using some of the Christine Adolph Rub ons for the foils, they are a sticky adhesive that the foils stick to great.

I wanted to add a little tag to the side of the heart so I cut it out of white cardstock and punched a hole in the paper. I used the "XO" sentiment from the rub on pack and used the red foil to rub on to it.

I tied some jute twine to the tag and glued it on the canvas.

Here is the finished canvas. It is a very quick and easy project all with the help from ScraPerfect.

I hope you have found some inspiration here today and will check out all the great items in the

Best Ever Glue with Amazing Non clog fine tipped is Super Fantastic

Hi everyone... I am using  Best Glue Ever at ScraPerfect to create this project. Papers are from The Rubber Buggy called Heartfelt Creations All Geared Up Collection and accents from Creative Embellishments. Together I have created a fabulous page to document the memories of building our new home for 2017. We are really excited and can't wait for spring move in date.

Supply List:
Paper: The Rubber Buggy Heartfelt Creations All Geared Up Collection
Accents: Creative Embellishments Chipboards - washi tape clusters, Unique word set, hexagon  panel
Other: cardstock, brads, cork accents, twine, stickers

To start this page I started with cardstock, photos and the fabulous mix of chipboards from Creative Embellishments. I have learned that taking a photo for reference helps when moving things around to have it available to review on camera or on computer.

I than chose the All Geared Up paper collection and decided to divide the page vertically with a dark and light print for colour, texture and add more dimension.

LOL.. this photo above shows my glues turned upside down in the corner of a box so it's ready to use all the time... especially when it's getting down to the bottom of the tube. I am using this glue all the time now. It goes very fair for it's size, has the great non clog writing tip for gluing all the small sized or thin line chipboards and accents.

Using inks of a few colours I coloured some of the chipboards.

This is a photo of my proposed process for my page.

I am using ScraPerfect Best Glue Ever with the non clog fine tip for easy application.

Here are some close ups of my finished page for better view of the details. I am loving the newest washi tape clusters. the title Unique and the hexagon panel which adds great texturing to my page. I cut the tags from the paper collection and added the cork camera and twine.  Also used brad accents for colour.

In this section you can see another cluster of brads, more chipboard views and notice the photos matted with different colours with sticker words on each one also.

A bit hard to see but the 6x6 panel is coloured with 2 different colours of ink.

For this page to help get more photos on it I changed up the size and shape of the photos to fit the page.

In this view I foam popped the upper photo which is mounted to a photo frame from the paper collection.
